About Sushi Empire

It sits in the Savoy Monumentalis building, with a covered terrace by the street. Inside, the dining room is modern, with dark marble tables, leather chairs and lit floral panels on the walls.

On the all-you-can-eat menu you order in rounds from an iPad at the table, and the dishes arrive within minutes. Sushi is the focus, with around six pages of it, alongside hot dishes like gyoza, tiger prawns and salmon teriyaki, plus Chinese classics such as sweet and sour chicken and fried noodles.

A bottle of Grainha, a very good Douro red, was €28.90.

Year-round. Dinner reservations are tightest from late April to October and over Christmas / New Year; lunch is easier almost any day.
