About Nomade
Nomade is a mid-range brunch, cafe and international restaurant in Funchal
If you only order one thing, make it the brunch boards; omelettes; specialty coffee — it's what the kitchen is known for and what regulars come back for.
Nomade does brunch properly: a signature brunch board lands with soft-boiled eggs, prosciutto, avocado, cheese, seeded sourdough, hummus and a mushroom dip, all prettily arranged and made for sharing. Omelettes come topped with mushrooms, cashews and micro-greens over a rich mushroom cream.
We stopped in for brunch on 6 September 2026 and it is an easy recommendation for a slow morning in Funchal — good coffee, generous plates and a calm, light-filled room.
